Being part of vair and it's transformation programme, I found my studies journey very exciting and fun-filled.
I love to study but today's competition environment has faded that deep diving habit mine. I study with fear, it was like I am running a race with other competitors. But Vair has helped me to come out of those tangled state of mind and practices.

I have been part of VAIR community for more than a year now and I have a very clear idea as to why it sets itself as a benchmark among learning and mentoring institutions. By engaging in live classes I have started feeling the difference in terms of my knowledge and applying feedback.
Since childhood I have been a person who would get bored doing multiple revisions, but I realize that I need to push myself and work hard everyday, doing same things multiple times to polish myself. Mentors at VAIR have helped me realize this.
Extempore sessions have helped me bring out the creativity in expression.
The OPI sessions are giving helpful tips to dodge dreaded interview questions and every time I write the answers to these, and I am not satisfied with my own answer, I try to look at it from a creative angle to make it as authentic as possible and be confident with what I have written.
The GD-PI knowledge sessions have made difficult topics easy to understand.

Although I joined a bit late, Vair really did change my life. I'll tell you how. By December it was seemingly becoming impossible to cover all the topics simultaneously and that too from reliable sources.
Once I joined Vair, that change drastically. Not only did I get a high quality notes and materials…what I got was some much guidance as to how to approach the exam.
By the way, ma'am and sir interacted…it really showed they cared so much for us to do well, and that is a very rare thing.
